
We all would like to grow our business with reliable customers. Recently we have received an RFQ from
overseas and we have to weigh the pros and cons of earning more business but
filling out paperwork for export. Expanding our reach, but relying on email and off- hour conversations,
not to mention the language barrier. We are looking into how this process will help our customers and grow our
