We have upgraded our equipment to prepare for some aging machines. We have retired one twin STAR SR 32 and replaced it with a Tsugami s205 II . We hope to cut some cycle time down and lessen down town for repairs.
Thank you to all the sponsors to the April 13 NRL competition.
Also thank you to the community volunteers for helping with the first NRL bot competition.
We have added capacity to our shop. We have squeezed another machine in our shop so we can produce more parts for you.
Our new machine installed with a full B-axis. Just because I have not blogged in the past few months doesn't mean we aren't busy. We made 1,824,600 in 2018. This machine increases our capability to produce new, more complex, parts for you.
Denver Precision Products has been in Broomfield, CO at the same address, for 40 years.
We are 47 years old, but we have been at this location for 4 decades. This building has seen a lot of growth from Brown and Sharp Screw Machines to our new aged CNC swiss machines.
Here is to many years to come.
We visited a local restaurant and participated in a Clue like murder mystery dinner, who killed Riga Mortis? It was a very well organized event.
The Death-by- Chocolate dessert was very rich to say the least.
We replaced our 1994 machine with this new Myiano.
Fits in the space, and runs great. It is always a challenge to move machines around the shop, but in the end, it will help our customers by reducing cycle time and reducing lead time.
We replaced our VERY FIRST 1983 CNC machine with this very capable machine that runs similar processes on both front and sub spindle at the same time.
This machine is fast and furious. Check out this YouTube video from Citizen.
It is manufacturing day, we will celebrate it making widgets!
